I've read that the people Miles contacted, Stoops was not one of them. Im not sure how it works, but I am sure agents contact other agents. I am also concerned of the Money Miles is allowed to play with. Alleva has his dirty fingers in this.

You may be right. On the other hand, Nick runs a complicated pro-style defense both here and at Bama and it works just fine. No college defense can be too rigid and must be modified to fit the players, I suspect. Certainly there can be no more "it takes three years to implement" Tepper-style defenses.
It is being reported that Les is interviewing several candidates on his Texas trip. He may interview more. Les has no need to rush this. He does have a need to select a keeper.
Thats why I think the report about an offer to Stoops tonight is bogus. Why would Les jump in like that?
I like a little crazy in a coach but Peveto is a fuggin psycho. ST was half assed all season. I wish Miles wasn't so sympathetic towards the hard cases.
