Something weird's going on with ole Rube. He had 8 TDs last year, but can't make a team this year. Giants didn't renew his contract, Philly cut him, and he tried out with the Saints, but wasn't offered a deal. Anyone know the real story?

I started a thread in the Other Sports forum, but I'll post it here, too.

Theory: The players (particularly the DBs) have found out that OBJ is gay. They fuck with him and say homophobic and anti-gay shit to him all game long. They get into his head and under his skin and that's why he throws those tantrums and hissy fits.

Prediction: The fans continue to turn on OBJ. He has a meltdown and quits (the OBJ says that he "is not having fun anymore" headlines today are the beginning). It then comes out that he's gay. He comes out. He tells stories about how the DBs treated him and some of the things that they would say to him through the course of a game. There is public outcry and the media stokes the fire to create a backlash against the NFL for being homophobic. This turns into a huge deal.

Eventually, November turns to LGBT month and the players wear rainbows much like they wear pink in October for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Interesting: Jarvis Landry posted to Twitter this morning:

"People who love attention will do anything to get it.."

Randle is almost as bad just not as vocal about it. His attitude is terrible and is in no position to mentor anyone. He would need a Jerry Rice type that would motivate him to work on his skills and beat his man by being better. Leave that drama off the field. Earn your respect by whipping your defenders ass (on the field not fighting).

Talking about him on the pregame shows. It's really embarrassing watching him act the way he does. He didn't act like this at LSU. I'm not real sure what happened. If the fame and money has gone to his head. It's funny though they showed a clip of him smashing his helmet on the field goal practice net and it came back and hit him in the face. Then he was crying on the sideline.

Every game there will be defenders trying to get in his head and OBJ is making it way too easy for them. He needs to get his shit together and play football.
