getting rid of him only makes sense if you replace him with someone that is at least his equal, but preferably better. replacing him with someone almost infinitely worse means you changed simply for the sake of saying you made a change. and that’s not a good move.
"Almost infinitely worse" is hyperbole. It's debatable (and I believe improbable) that Orgeron is worse at all. I seriously doubt, for example, that last year would have gone as well as it did without the fire.
