If you listen to Sirius XM it's a quite popular operating procedure across the country. The culprit behind it all sitting back licking their chops......you guessed it, the media. They fuel it to create a story then turn around and bash the fan base for it. No surprise though.

If it had continued down the path of Troy, considering a firing is warranted. If he can patch together a decent season following Troy, he might be on to something. If Alleva and O turn this bus around and reclaim a seat at the NC table, I think all the vitriol will dissipate (well, most of it, some are really hard headed).

 

At least you have an Oregon State meltdown to sooth your season.

 

Kind of like watching the Moo U/Auburn game and thinking maybe Moo U was pretty good this year. At least until the game started.
