Mickey Loomis needs to be fired

    Not exactly correct. It happened to Belichick in Cleveland and NE before Belichick got there. Besides, the law of averages will catch up to them one day and it will hit those fans like a ton of bricks. When your expectations are that high, it's a LONG way down. We know that at LSU all too well.

    CJ was one of the few that panned out. To continue giving credit, Ingram and Vaccaro are hits - though I would label both late bloomers - and so is Armstead, when healthy. But 4 starters in 5 drafts is hardly what I'd call successful. But, they've moved on and upgraded that department, as you said. The second part, though, contracts, is on Loomis. The Saints have been in the worst salary cap position in the league for 3 years, and that's all on Mickey.
