The Big 12 was down and they're back up. The Pac-1 was touted last year and they're back down. The Big 10 looks bad. Others have taken a step forward just to take a step back again. Through it all the SEC has been very consistent and just keep restocking. I just hope we can stay at the top of the SEC.
I'd never say never. I don't see it this season but if they fall flat next...contracts are made to be broken.
I dont know how many more times or how many more ways that man has got to prove himself to some people!! :rolleye33:
Why would CLM, or any coach, want to leave a perennial national championship contender to go to a conference that is on the level of the MAC or CUSA? Its not just Michigan. Its Wisconsin, whom UM beat. Its Tosu, whose lost every big game they've played for years. Penn St is decent, but the rest of that conference is a world class joke. I can't see any SEC team losing a coach to any Big Ten team. If so, that coach is a moron, and deserves what he gets (like losses to Toledo, Appalachain St, and Notre Dame).
I don't care if you don't have a QB developed as of yet. You cannot lose to Toledo. And then to do it at The Big House. RR appears to be overrated. First, giving away a national championship with the loss to Pitt last year, and now this. People in Michigan can't feel too secure in their head coach selection at this point.
Yup...I seriously dont see how UM cant give him AT LEAST 4 years. Especially after the last hiring fiasco. Plus, who else better is out there that would consider the job??
