that boat load of LSU fans are on tigerdroppings. if those 4 teams are as good as expected, i, for one, will not be calling for clm's head. good god, three of those are on the road and the other is "the greatest ever"
gumbo i am not accusing you of doing that, or people on this forum, there are alot more LSU fans than post messages on here or on tigerdroppings. I won't call for his head either, that schedule is brutal, but i can tell you that there will be a lot of people who will. i am just being realistic. and you know how sports reporters like to create stories out of thin air, hell i was reading an article in the town talk sunday and either gilbeau or tompkins said something about the miles leaving for michigan stories will start up again soon.
just screwin with ya. i dont care if you speculate if miles goes or who his replacement will be. just sayin that some here may take offense.
I'm offended that you would think some of us would be offended by his obviously offensive comment. o: Ok.. not really.. It was just fun to say. Seriously though, I fully expect the Miles to Michigan thing to raise it's ugly head again in the not so distant future, but I don't care about it right now. The only thing that matters to me is kicking the living crap out of whoever is playing us each Saturday for the next few months.
Here is more on that "situation": Rich Rodriguez was business partners with a banned booster facing five felony counts - AnnArbor.com A banned Clemson University booster now facing five felony counts was one of Michigan football coach Rich Rodriguez’s business partners in the failed real-estate venture that led to a $3.9 million lawsuit filed last month. Clegg Lamar Greene, named in the suit accusing Rodriguez, Greene and three others of defaulting on the multi-million-dollar loan in May, was arrested Dec. 29 on five felony counts of breach of trust with fraudulent intent. He faces up to 10 years in prison on each count. ........... Rodriguez, the offensive coordinator and associate head coach at Clemson from 1999-2000, declined to discuss his relationship with Greene when questioned Tuesday on the weekly Big Ten coaches teleconference. “My financial advisor and his representatives are taking care of that, and I would prefer just to talk about football and Western (Michigan) and our upcoming game,” Rodriguez said. Hey Rich, you hearing John Denver: :hihi: Country Roads, take me home, To the place I belong: West Virginia, mountain momma, Take me home, country roads.
That comment puts an entirely different light on the discussion, though. If you're Les Miles, do you leave the National Championship-calibre talent you've been stockpiling at LSU to go try to rebuild what's fast becoming a train-wreck-in-progress at Michigan? Even if its your "dream job?"
