Ok, so I was about to call BS on all this mess because it is about the stupidest thing a coach could do in this situation if you ask me, but I just talked to two of the players that I know, and they confirmed it. Then my first thought was, no way we win tomorrow.

But they both told me not to worry, they are focused even thought the coaches may not be.

Im not doubting you guys but if Miles really did tell the team then its not only one of the stupidest things hes done but one that will leave many LSU fans VERY, VERY disappointed in him. :dis: :dis:

Re: Saban open to talks with LSU

This is very true. As much as Finebaum is a $hit stirrer and pot banger, he is in with lots of agents, coaches and boosters but never reveals his source unless they have gone public. I've gotten to know Finebaum pretty well over the years. My wife and his wife went to school together and Ive arranged for Paul to speak at several luncheons and events that are work related. He is not anything like his on air persona. He's actually a very intelligent guy who knows exactly what he's doing and knows what buttons to push and levers to pull to garner listeners. He's in the business of ratings and very few do it as well as he does. According to the company that broadcasts his show online its by far the biggest online show they broadcast and they were forced to make substantial upgrades to their server network to accommodate the increase in traffic.

One this particular issue Finebaum is only quoting what another person said on the air. If he had come out with this information himself I would believe it but he did not say he confirmed it, just reported what someone else said.

Who coaches the BOWL game if Les heads to Ann Arbor on Sunday?

Pelini (He may be offered Neb and "IS" on LSU list of HC)
Crowten (If Pelini is off to Neb)

Crowder sounds good to me. I don't know anything about him, or who the hell he is, but maybe thats a good thing.
