I have no issues with how SEC teams AND their FCS opponents make money. Just dealing with facts. The suggestion was made to drop a game because it's too much competition and injuries ensue. FCS games don't qualify for that aspect of the conversation IMO.
If if comes to a choice between Notre Dame and another when the second team has a conference championship game on their resume, Notre Dame gets left out. Let's not forget Note Dame played five ACC teams, one SEC team, two teams from the B1G, and a team from the PAC.

That's how it should be but if Notre Dame is undefeated with no championship game to play in the name sways some people just like this year. There is no way Notre Dame with the schedule they played was in the top 4 teams. The thing that gets me is teams can go undefeated but that does not make them better than a 1 loss team when you can look and see they played weaker teams . Schedules do matter but if your Notre Dame you get special treatment.
All true but I would have no problem with this years Notre Dame team being in an 8 team playoff. They don't duck anybody and they do play Stanford and USC every season as well as good teams from Power 5 conferences. Last year they played Georgia and this year they played Michigan.
