I do get it. And if it were my career, I wouldn't go. But I'm just saying that being in the clubs too much is actually an improvement from what he used to spend his nights doing. If Goodell's plan is to keep pro athletes out of strip clubs, he will lose that fight. It's like rock stars and drugs -- it's just part of their lifestyle. Sad, but true. We live in a world where a "hero" athlete like McNair is actually someone who gets killed in the act of cheating on his wife.
they wouldn't die. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cattle_prod Usage on humans for torture and treatment Prior to the development of stun batons and the taser, electric cattle prods were also used on humans. Their first common usage on humans occurred during the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s; prods were first adopted by police officers in Alabama to use on African-American protesters and agencies elsewhere followed; Hotshot later developed an electric police baton.[1] A more recent example of human torture with a cattle prod came to surface when a video was disclosed showing Issa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the brother of crown prince of Abu Dhabi inserting a cattle prod in an Afghan business associate's anus after falling out with him.[6] An electric prod can be an effective torture device for humans and other animals alike.[7] If applied continuously to the skin, the current eventually causes heating, searing, and burning and scarring of skin at the contact point. The picana is an electric prod based originally on the cattle prod but designed specifically for human torture. It works at very high voltage and low current so as to maximise pain and minimise the physical marks left on the victim. Among its advantages over other torture devices is that it is portable, easy to use, and allows the torturer to localize the electric shocks to the most sensitive places on the body, where they cause intense pain that can be repeated many times. Electric prods have been used for the control of adverse self-injuring behavior in mentally handicapped people. This use is regarded by some advocates to be more effective than drugs since the experience of a shock is very short and temporary while using a drug may have long-lasting sedative effects.[8] dude this would be a gold mine. pay per view.
there was one guy that called in on a dallas radio show today that said he should be given credit for making it through a whole night of being at a strip club with Allen Iverson and nothing happening.
sure they would. there will be plenty of us using them. you say you get it then make a confused argument. hes not telling players to stay out of strip clubs or trying to regulate it. hes expecting players with a more than sketchy background to exhibit stellar behavior until they are in good graces with him, the public and the league. until then, do your best eddie haskell impression.
we'll see. If this were true, I'd think the ESPN wolves would be on it like wolves on carcass, so we'll see.
1. there is not one thing wrong with going to a strip club. we are a retarded stupid caveman society that is afraid of naked people or something. michael vick should go to the strip club every night if he wants. a strip club is a better place to go than church. 2. michael vick has been treated like **** and it completely unfair. dogfighting should not even be illegal. if you dont like it, dont go to the fights. freaking stallworth killed a person drunk driving and hey got one month. and michel vick is hearing whining freaking pussies talk **** because he likes to party with naked chicks. oh what a stupid worthless world we live in.
what exactly is sad about it? rich fellas like to have naked chicks dance around when they drink. what could possibly be wrong with that?
The strip club isnt the problem. If he wants his job back he will have to show remorse to Goodell, it may not be fair, but those are the rules. Also going to a strip club where something could possibly happen, should have been the last thing on his mind. If he did go, its poor judgement and thats whats being looked at right now. His judgement will be the factor of whether he gets his job back or not.
