Bill Parcells just took a job today with ESPN. I guess they had to make room somewhere. I am glad they picked Irvin to hit the road.:thumb:
I didn't mind him too much. He was always having fun and it looked like the rest of them had fun as well when he got them going.
They have plenty of guys who played the game that would actually cover football instead of beating their chest and constantly telling the world how great they are. I'm glad they kicked the crack head to the curb.
Now if they would just get rid of Sean Salisbury, Chris Berman, Mark Schleruth, and Merrill Hodge, their NFL coverage would be watchable again.
ESPN lost one of the few they have that speaks the truth, and tells it like it is. Which is no surprise, because with no one like Irvin around, they can talk about anyone they want in a bad light, and no one will object to it. They will be overthrown by NFL Network if ever that station deals with the cable folks.
Are you serious? All Irvin did all show was brag about how great he was. He was pitiful on the show and it pained me to watch as the others on the show bit their tongue and put up with that coke head. How anyone on ESPN ever thought he would be a good comentator is beyond me. Maybe he can be T.O.'s new publicist.
