The receiving yards are more impressive than the rushing stats because it shows the versatility we need. His yards per carry are good, but not unbelievable because it all depends on the competition.
The kid is a very good talent. No question at all about that. If we have taken his commitment without a long period of showing better character, this would be the first time I have ever disagreed with a recruiting decision Miles has made.
Absolutely. He has to realize his future depends as much on his attitude as it does on his ability. Should he come to LSU, I am sure Miles will not be shy about advising him about his attitude and grades.
I live in tuscumbia al...ive seen abernathy play at least 2 times ayr 4 the last 4 yrs...including friday night against deshler high school...to tell u the truth im not too impressed...he dance too much like darby at al last yr..he may be a pretty good blocking full back..or lineman but not a tb:sob: :helmet:
