Miami vs LSU official game thread

Plain and simple, we curb stomped the canes... More than half their yardage and both of their TDs came in the 4th when we shut it down (too early I might add)...

 

This game has turned into a bludgeoning. That's gotta be on youtube somewhere. Maybe @TheRealist can find it.

 

let's hope next time we have more Offense than our opponent during the curb stomping

 

Hard to pick up yardage if their punter goes for a net 12 average. It's not LSU's fault that they always had a short field to work with.

 

Exactly, field position is a huge part of football. It doesn't show up on stats sheets.

 

hard to pick up yardage hitting 11/24 passing & no tds. just saying we got a lot of work to do on Offense.

 

Thanks for the clarifcation. Dunce that I am, I thought the objective of the game was to score more points than your opponent.Only now do I realize that the objective is to have more yardage.... Who knew?

 

You didn't read... They got garbage time yds and points... Seal bludgeoning or that thing a tiger would do if it ever caught an Ibis...

 

lol, just never heard it called a curb stomping when the other team had more yards

 

Didnt need to get TD's by passing in this game, just wasnt necessary. We will when we need it and the defenses are giving us the pass.
