    Meyer and Saban are cut from the same cloth.

    Very opportunistic and will get what they can out of a school and then leave in 4-5 years. Any Assistant Coach should be very afraid to hook up with him anytime soon.

    Les breeds loyalty and the best will stay with him because they want to win for THE LONG TERM.

    Bullsh1t. Saban left for an NFL job. That's not the same as Meyer pussing out when his one man gang left.

    Don't confuse Les' loyalty with good business.

    Unfortunately, this is the nature of the college football beast. Pretty much every school that fires a coach wants a new guy in place for the December recruiting weekends. That means that some non-bowl school is trying to poach someone from a school going to a bowl. We did it with Saban coming from Michigan State.
