    Meyers self reports secondary violation on contact with recruit during dead period. I'll look for a link, but this incident and other secondaries should be bad news since they ate on probation.

    Seems like there's no enforcement on secondary violations, so everyone should start doing them.

    Yea, any delayed, piddling sanctions could be looked at as simply "the cost of doing business".
