If I had a nickel for every time he say's you know. Overall sounds like a good kid who is ready to resume his career at a big time school and move on from his incident and wants to go somewhere that will accept him with open arms.
I have mixed feeling about this. Sounds like he has ability, but do you want someone convicted of sexual battery representing LSU?
Short answer, yes. Kids make mistakes, he didn't rape anyone. He got a little drunk and handsy, supposedly with a boosters daughter. I've seen someone do similar things to several people in a drunken stuper, including a cop on Bourbon, and have it laughed off by those "assaulted". Not condoning it, just a little perspective. Maybe he deserved a slap, or a beatdown from the boyfriend, but sexual assault charges and booted from the team, I don't know. Just my .02
