Ya, but keep in mind the rest of the humans on this planet as well. God loves all his children (we were all created in his image) and sent Jesus for all of us (and today is the day that celebrates Jesus' birth, not the US military... that would be Veterans Day, Armed Forces Day, Memorial Day, etc). I have no doubt that the vast majority of the US military try to respect and care about the civilians of the other countries in which we go to battle... and want a peaceful and free life for them as well.
