Great win by our Tigers! It's truly a great time to be an LSU fan! A kick-ass BB program...both men's and women's...#1 ranked Baseball team, and "damn strong football team" heading into next season.

TV announcers for the #8 Marquette v #6 Louisville game on CBS were just talking about the impressive LSU victory at Kentucky, and they were talking about how great of a job Trent Johnson has done at LSU, Stanford, and Nevada.

3 blks, although one was a "foul". all three were face-up blocks too i think. those arent flukes and they are the toughest to get, especially when youre giving up 2 inches.

now if we can get him to use ball fakes and a drop step thatd be great.

How did UK fans think they were gonna get an over-and-back call on the final LSU possession? Looking at the recording of the game, Thornton was a good foot away from the halfcourt line.

i didnt hear about that. i heard they wanted a push off on mt (it was there but not real advantage gained) and they wanted a foul on meeks's last shot.

Hmm, I'll go back and take another look, but I saw a bunch of fans giving the over-and-back signal when mt got close. The CBS announcer was gonna say something about it but got interrupted by winning.

Yeah that makes more sense. As tight as MT was being guarded they could just as easily call a blocking foul on UK as a pushoff on MT. It's a correct non-call.

There were a boatload of calls that could have cost us the game if we didn't win, so please STFU Kentucky.
