UNC used their bench and made subs which kept their players fresh even if its a series or two it helps out alot. But Good season by LSU hopefully they can build on it next year. Find a big man even if it mean Juco route and get Rico.

LSU might not have a single player that could start for UNC. Having said that, Lawson was the difference in this game. It was a nice run.
What I would like to know is when was the last time Duke and UNC played there first and second round games outside the state of NC.
Tough loss guys but NC just got hot with about 7 minutes left and LSU decided to live or die with the three. I think NC will win it all.

Perennial national championship favorite number 2 team in the country playing as number 1 seed in the tournament in front of it's home crowd having just gotten it's superstar player back into action against a 30% shooting, lower-ranked #8 seed short-bench team from a conference that has been said to be "down" this year, and it takes until 7 minutes left in the second half for the them to go on an insurmountable run? As soon as UNC hits a team that has shooting prowess, it's curtains for them. Just saying. Place your bets wisely.
