From our friends at Tidefans.com regarding the game today: 12:57 PM -- RTR [Roll Tide Roll] 1:15 PM -- 11-2 bama early!! 1:15 PM -- Looking good so far. Good Hands today! 1:47 PM -- Very frustrating. 1:53 PM -- Nothing like Alabama basketball to get your blood to boiling.
There's absolutely no longer any question about it. LSU should have won this game by at least 30. The starters sat for around 15 minutes and most of the second half, and the refs absolutely refused to stop Alabama from traveling. :cuss:
The victory was the seventh in a row in conference for LSU. Alabama has lost 17 straight SEC games on the road.
At the moment, i am leaning towards yes. It took Brady 10 years to never find a point guard and CTJ less than 1 year to find one in that was a bench player for brady. The team seems to have a mean defense too. I they can solve these cold spell problems, I think this team can go far.
Great game today...the officiating was HORRIBLE. I've not seen a game all season where the officials were so bad throughout the game. It was great to see Taz's first nine points from 3 point range. He was getting killed on the inside. Opened up his game a bit. Sad thing is I think this is his last season. The back-ups got some good time in. Glad Coach Johnson is getting them in. They need the depth and decent bench play.
Taz just isn't a 1st round pick. Not worth it IMO. I see him staying another year, espeically if we are able to make a tournament run.
