Thanks to vandy's win over kentucky last night , We are virtually a shoe-in for the regular season crown. I mean, it would take a monumental collapse the likes of which we haven't seen in years.....

    I have doomed us all.

No Tv (get over it. allow dave, dave, and dave to spend their final days in peace), radio and wire only.

im thinking through this. lsu has 1 conf loss. usc, ut have 3. lsu won h2h against those two so it would take 3 more lsu losses and one of those two would have to win out. im not sure if h2h matters for overall crown though since seedings are broken down by divisions.

Our bench is really going to have to step up to come away with a win tonight.

Amazing how Fortson's suspension ended just in time for tonight's game. Just like the Florida player who got arrested and suspended, and got unsuspended by Meyer just in time for the LSU vs. UF football game in 07. Coincidences, man, amazing.

The regular season title has no tiebreakers. If LSU and Tennessee were to both finish 12-4, both would be SEC champions.

Remember 2000, when 4 team tied? Then a fifth won the SECT.

Well, Fortson was suspended for Kentucky, so I don't consider it a big deal.

It irritates me b/c I was hoping we'd be able to take advantage of the situation with Spencer hurt. If LSU loses this one that hard-won national rep is gonna be shot since all the media will see is a loss to a team that's 1-9 in conference. And at that point, even wins against UK and UF may not put us higher than a 7 when the tournament rolls around.
