I thought LSU did a hell of a job finding Les Miles out of Stillwater. Took and chance and it worked out well for the better part of 7 to 8 years. Was he the number 1 candidate in that search?
No idea, he was no better or worse than when they found Saban at Sparty 5 years earlier. The point is we have a track record of making coaches.

When we were on probation and getting our brains beat in in the lat 90's and all the way up till the mid 2000's i was feeling like i didn't think this program would ever get back to greatness. Then i relaized it all goes in cycles. We wont be on top forever nor will Saban be at Bama for i say 3 more years at best. Then it will be our turn to fnd our next Saban. This is LSU chance to find the next Saban. Don't fuck it up Alleva.
