I think we are arguing different points. I get where they are currently, but with that said USC is still a better job. If the big 12 were in a better position Texas would be as well. If our prospect has to choose between us and ND we better find another prospect because we lose that battle every time.
I agree. I think LSU is a better job than ND, and as good as USC. I would see OSU, Texas, and Bama will a clear advantage, maybe Florida. Kids today don't care about the past assuming they even know anything about it.
LSU is as good a job as there is outside of Bama and Texas. Great recruiting base, fans, facilities, atmosphere, etc.
It's being said that the facilities at LSU are graded as a B. Been said they're sort of dated, with exception of the newly remodeled weight room which still falls short of the facilities at A&M, Arkansas, Bama, UT, Florida, etc.
I would give USC the edge because they are, without a doubt, THE team in the Pac-12 if they are right. Nobody else is close. LSU is a great job, probably at the top of that 2nd tier, but if the last 60-70 years are any indication, we are behind Bama, at the very least, in the SEC.
LSU is currently a top 5 job. USC is a shit show with no relief in sight. ND admissions makes it impossible for them to compete with the upper tier. OU has the Les. Miles of the big 12 in Bob Stoops. It's Bama. Texas Florida Ohio St and LSU imo.
