Yep. Hiring a coach is a risk taking obligation. Some hit home runs. Some strike out. Like Pete Carrol at USC, or Jim McelWain at Florida. Some strike out. Like Charlie Strong at Texas, like the last fucker at Michigan before Harbaugh. Its all a gamble.

Yeah good point. My point was a coach can have a great resume before he gets hired at a certain school and he may not pan out for whatever reason Just got to go with the guy you are looking for and hope it works out.
