I believe that but the Feds say pot has no medical use. That's how it is scheduled.

The "munchie" factor helps to put on and maintain a healthy weight for those with wasting diseases such as aids and cancer, but big pharma doesn't want real studies done, or mj legalized due to lack of sales of their meds that would occur, that usually carry more sides than the diseases themselves.

Marijuana is scheduled and illegal because of big pharma, and the power they have with their special interest/lobbyist groups only... The Feds have nothing to do with it, many DEA agents and local LE think enforcing pot laws are worthless.

They're highly addictive. Too dangerous to society to leave unchecked.

Can't allow heartless corporations to market deadly addictive meth. And you know some would, if they could get away with it.

Older folks ( black and white) are more religious than younger ones. The old religious ones aren't having all the babies out of wedlock and doing all the crime. It's the younger godless ones gangbanging and whoring.

all while wearing a diamond studded cross around their neck.

and this has been a problem for many generations, so your "old" folks are to blame as well.

I guess the older you get the more you calm down. Still , out of wedlock babies weren't as common a generation or two ago. Single parent homes are tougher for kids. The one parent usually works and the kids don't have the supervision that two parents can give.

They also make money by housing inmates from other jurisdictions where over crowding is an issue by charging for their open bed spaces. Some facilities make upwards of $100+ per prisoner a day to house inmates from other facilities.
