We had some pretty decent QB'S under McClendon. They didn't light up the scoreboard but that's the way the game was played then. Arnsparger had Tommy Hodson and Saban recruited Mauck, JaMarcus and Flynn as well as getting a lot of mileage out of Rohan Davey. DiNardo recruited Josh Booty and Rohan but didn't get the best out of them. He did have Herb Tyler who was pretty good for that era's game.
