Fair enough. When does this development begin? He's a Sophmore now. Why didn't he play a lot more last year, especially in cupcake games, when most coaches try to develop players?
Yo Guido why would a top notch QB want to come to a school that just changed it coach and a school who has a horrible reputation concerning QB's? Did O have anything to do with that reputation? Did O bring in what is starting to appear a big time QB? Would Miles have been able to do what O did?
He did make a mistake. It was casting his lot with Ed Orgeron. But in fairness, Narcisse didn't know O was going dumpster diving at tOhio State for a 3rd string QB. Probably thought he had a real shot to play here. Now he can take whatever talents he has to another school. Much more aware of snake oil salesmen & wiser, no doubt.
Why? Would that have made Leonard a higher draft pick than #4 overall in the NFL? Let's not confuse Fourmette's priorities here.
You so sure it wasn't just him thinking this here is a QB he is gonna have a hard time competing with? 3rd string beat him out, right? Guess that's not a pretty pony for O, but the kid did not win the starting position. So finding out whether his knees are gonna hold up is someone else's job. Pray it never happens, but knee injuries don't bounce back stronger than ever. I had wondered how long it would take the barn to break him. I hope he kills it, wherever he goes.
