Um, didn't Narcisse and Brennan sign when Eaux was coach? McMillan may have been a Miles recruit and Eaux didn't even sign a QB last year - he got a transfer, so explain to me how this is Miles' fault? I'm missing something here

Miles left a culture of bad QB play that made it hard to recruit the really elite QB's.

It was his offense. What elite qb wants to come hand the ball off?

Brennan sucks because you seen him play maybe 10 snaps as a freshman last year. Give the kid time to develope.

Alright I think it’s safe to say that getting Burrow with the offensive line and the slate of receivers like Giles and Drake Davis was a good move. Everyone complains about us not having a QB and we go get a graduate transfer from Ohio State and everyone’s worried about McMillian and Narcisse. Neither one of those guys were even as good as Etling last year. I understand the situation with depth but I really don’t think either one of those guys were any more ready than what we have as backups right now.

No evaluation going on. Nobody on staff equipped to evaluate QBs. Defensive Line coach / QB expert?.

He'll just wait out in the parking lot, pen in hand, for another Big school's 3rd string QB to get word that he's not ever going to Start at Big school U.

""Hey Baw, tell me what Urban learned you & write it down, so's we can tell dem media bass we got a new Offense"- "O" The Rosy Finch

Conversely, what Heisman caliber Running backs are going to some Pass Happy Offense to ride the bench?

Heisman caliber backs have a much easier time making it in a pass happy offense than an elite qb can handing off and throwing a few swing passes.
