Is McKnight interested in LSU? I'm sure the fact that we have Williams and Scott doesn't help us but maybe he's not so concerned? Any idea whether he'd be interested at starting as a DB and not RB? Aren't most of our current DBs originally WRs and RBs at their highschools? I think we need a stud DB and the guy is obviously gifted athletically. DB is one of those positions where you can coach a guy into it given that he meets the physical/athletic pre-requisites. What y'all think? It would be embarrassing to see him go to USC or Notre Dame of all places when he's right in our backyard.
We told him he would probably play WR his first year here given our need at the position, and then that he would switch to RB. LSU has a very good chance at signing him.
We should have lied... then again, it's not like he could have single handedly prevented DiNardo's trainwreck of a career at LSU.
Are you sure you're on the right board. Coach Orgeron coaches at Ole Miss, not LSU. :hihi::hihi::hihi::hihi::hihi::hihi::hihi::hihi:
I have heard that Reggie Bush has been going to his football games and "winking" at him. I don't have a good feeling about McKnight. Hopefully he will realize that if the best players in Louisiana stay here we can compete for championships year after year.
If McKnight goes to USC will LSU offer Phillip Livas. Livas has all the speed of Trinidon Holiday and about 30 more pounds. My cousin is a coach in Terrebonne parish and says Livas has the body to add 20 more pounds without losing speed.
