Most coaches can't even get into the game. This game was on Mettenberger and the defense. We have lost two games by a grand total of 6 points. This is not a coaching breakdown. The sky is not falling.

Err, most coaches don't make what miles makes and don't have the supporting cast that Miles has.

Losing to ole miss is disturbing and an indication of the direction we're moving.

How about Richt or any one of dozens of coaches who haven't matched Les' Record. There are damn few who have.

You mean like . . . being a perennial top-10 team and top-10 recruiter with occasional championship runs? What a horrible direction!

At one point we were going toe to toe w Bama; you've accepted that we've fallen and I guess we all should as well. Being a top 10 program isn't bad, but if you're spending top 5 money, I'm not overly impressed with where we've been lately and where we look to be heading.

You realize if we beat Bama this year Les will be 4-4 against the Great Satan?

Head to head is one thing, but you gotta look at the hardware. Moral victories are great, but they don't trump championships.

it's good enough for me... as long as we contend every year, which is something we have, i'm ok. There are more important things than winning championships at all costs.

Not every year... Les deserves a lot of credit, but we are falling back in the pack - this year was predicted to be a struggle, next year looks like we might be missing a few pieces, and suddenly the years we've been a contender are significantly reduced.

While we've ended up scratching our ass trying to figure out how to fix deficiencies, a certain program continues to scoop up trophies. I don't believe it isn't possible for us to have more success, nor do I believe we have to sacrifice decency or whatever else it is you believe other more successful programs lack. What moral victory are we winning that is better than NCs? We've had our share of scandal.

I don't see LSU beating Bama when they lost to Ole Miss' scout team. And even if it could I'm sure Leslie could figure out a way to screw it up. This time management crap is now far from ridiculous.
