Barkley is going to be tearing new ones for Dallas, and rightfully so.

This win essentially ends the Rockets season, and I'm sorta OK with that. Alright, maybe I'm just giddy right now.

In Simpson's comic book guy voice, "Biggest upset ever!"

Really though, that was unfrickenbelievable...especially after B-Diddy got hurt, I thought Dallas had it sewed up.

I've been a Lakers fan since '69, hate the way Kobe has poisoned that team.

2nd favorite team is the Warriors, since the gutty '75 champs ( when I still lived in BR).

Having said all that I am really impressed with the exciting TEAM play of the W's.

Great underdog win over a hopelessly listless Mavs squad...

... I'd really like to see the W's win it all now.... :thumb:

PS You're just giddy, NLmtMD... :hihi:

its pretty astounding when you think about it. all the accolades and credit not from media (because they dont matter) but from current players for nowitzki just went to shiite.

all his credibility just went out the window in one quick series. i almost feel bad for him. theres nothing he can do to repair it either. cuz he aint winning a championship.

its like the adage taking a lifetime to build a reputation while destroying it in a minute.

i almost feel bad for the dude. but not really. hes freaking soft.

its nd and quinn meeting the sec in a bowl game, thats all it is. same script. same outcome.

See, now you're baiting me out of my giddiness!

While Kobe certainly contributed to the break-up of that Lakers team, it is shocking how it is COMPLETELY forgotten that Buss wanted to trade Shaq in the first place. And when Shaq caught wind of that, forced the issue. How is this not brought up? It's always, "Kobe forced Shaq to leave" thereby creating the first time ever that a non-management staff traded a guy.

Kobe and Odom are the only things that's right with that team, and unfortunately, Odom's going to have to go elsewhere.
