I realize all the penalties killed us, but Mauck should've been
    pulled.

Early he was behind on his throws, started with the mis-communication that led to the interception.
I saw it in his eyes on tv, he was never the same.

Florida was teeing off on Clayton because that's the only place
    he would throw too.

Maybe next year, I've totally given up on this team because the
offense only has good games against cupcakes.
Sadly cupcake season is now over.

Today reminded me too much of Virginia Tech last year.
We need a new QB for starters, we should start that freshman
from Alabama thats suppose to be good.

I Thought this year could've been real special but I don't think
its going to be as good as last year.

We lost to a Florida team that couldn't beat Ole Miss, So how
good are we? Overly Over rated.........
We won't beat Auburn, they beat Arkansas.

I hate Florida, a team like this?
How many times have we had our @$$&^(*^ handed to us
    by this school?
    Why now?

I would've much rather lose to Georgia and beat the @$%& out
    of Florida.

Oh Yea, another game with no offense Georgia, another big game
that we weren very lucky to win.

I'm making a prediction, with this offense we will have maybe
2 more wins this year Louisiana Tech and ?
    maybe Alabama.

    We won't beat anybody else.

Where do you start fixing an offense like this?
Virginia Tech last year, Auburn last Year, Georgia this year,
Kentucky last year, Florida this year? :cuss:

Things hopefully will look up. Right now we need to concentrate on the next game at hand and worry about Auburn and Arkansas when the worrying needs to be done.

Our defense also got ripped up by a true freshman QB.

There is plenty of blame to go around for this one.

I would start with no running game. Adaye was looking good untill he went down.

    Everything went wrong today.

    Very Ironic,

I thought the tables would be turned, we would give Leak
a rude awakening, he didn't look that good against Ole Miss.

Our defense got hurt though because they played the whole
    game.
That's what happens when you have no offense

    Inadequate offense.

It's incorrect to say that we have no offense.

Our offense is inadequate, rather than non-existent.

Thank you for allowing me to clear this up.

    Sourdough,
You're not serious, right? Sure, there were obvious miscommunications, but how do you know it wasn't the receiver's fault? Mauck completed 57% of his passes for over 200 yards, thats not too bad. But you're ready to pull the RS off of that QB from Alabama (who's name is JaMarcus Russell)? BTW, Leak was rated much higher that him last year, and we all know how bad he struggled at first. Russell will get his chance, but Mauck is the best QB we have, and I'd say about an average to above average SEC QB. He's now 10-2 as a starter. Only 2 more wins? Wow, aren't you the pessimist.

Good thing the coaches did not give up on Mauck in 2003 like SDMan did.

Wow....how ironic. This post was made the day I came to this board. I remember being in a drunken rage after that loss to Florida and posted something nasty about Saban. I got hammered by Jean Lafitte (whatever happened to that guy?) and a bunch of others.

I learned quickly to not post anything right after a game when I was pi$$ed off and completely owned by whiskey.
