No doubt about it. I think Williams was the guy they wanted all along, which makes is doubly worse, because they only had to pay him the lower pick money (that was a top 10 pick, maybe 7 or 8, too busy watching Rockets to look it up.) Completely inexcusable. I could Benson of old doing that as a ploy to save money, just passing up the first three rounds entirely. :hihi:
