I never understood why Miles loves the QB as a run option in the offense. I look at Met as a mobile version of P. Manning (I hope), but do not want him to be a regular run option. What happened to the draw play (using a running back), flare pass to the FB or TB, or screen pass to either to slow a pass rush down? Why does Miles have to have a running QB? In most cases a running QB out of high school pulls the ball down to run after 1 read of the defense (sound familiar?). You can't afford that to happen against good defenses. JJ showed his talent this afternoon. He won't stand a chance in the NFL.

Agreed, JJ has no chance at the next level unless he changes positions. Even if he changes positions, I would rate his chances as minimal. For a big athlete, he often seemed to shy away from contact. It drove me crazy when he would slide. I was like "Who do you think you are, Drew Brees"? He was really more of a VERY poor man's tebow. IMO he needed to sell out to get every last yard possible. I expect he might have a chance in the CFL or semi pro league, but in a couple of years I expect he will be a stocker at Wal Mart.
