So the question is: Is TM7 really a contender this year? I say YES, and here's why: TM7 is the leader on defense, but not on just any defense. The Honey Badger leads the defense of the undisputed #1 team in the country; the same team who anyone in their right mind would say is a DEFENSIVE team (See: Game of the century, SEC championship). If Jason White won the Heisman way back when (in 2003, or one of the other years we didn't annihilate them in the National Championship,) it was only because he was the biggest playmaker on the #1 in the country. Well, that's what we have with TM7.
