Well Halloween old buddy do a little research. If you think this is the first time someone suggested dropping a nuke on a hurricane you would be very wrong. Also do you really think Trump would go through with something like that if he could? That he would be allowed to do that without the full consent of congress, the military, the courts and the people first agreeing to such a thing? Don't think so.
