I meant gambled on baseball. Sorry, I was a little sauced when I typed that. I know that Pete Rose only came clean to sell his book. However, I still think his stats deserve a place in history. It's not like Pete Rose actually would be hired by any team. I just think he deserves a place in the hall. Mark and Sammy is what brought baseball to the american public. The chase they put on for the record is what made baseball exciting to watch. I mean why else would millions tune in to watch the cubs vs cardinals on a wed nite? MLB used Mark and Sammy to market baseball and now I think that Mark deserves to be in the Hall. It's not like the guy couldn't hit a baseball out of the park before he started taking roids. His rookie year he hit like 49 if I remember correctly. And he was a skinny looking kid. Remember the bash brothers with Jose Cansucko, Jose use to be my fav player as a kid; I have like 500 Jose baseball cards from rookie up till around like 1995. Ofcourse Jose stunts since has made the value of these cards drop faster then a prostitutes skirt for $5 on bourbon street. Vote Mark in, sure we all suspect he took something. He never failed a test and was great for the game. Let Rose in the Hall. Charlie hustle deserves. Now give me red h8'ers!!! I am gonna stick to my opinions with or without the red!
