Who said May has undying love for LSU....why should he have undying love for LSU....and why would you call him an idiot if he doesn't have undying love for LSU? Crazy logic
I am starting to like Granny Lou better than May, he just wants to be the odd man out therefore saying odd things.
You know the Big 12 CG showed what it means to have a team with experience in BIG games. The Sooners are a heck of a team, and great googly-moogly, that O-line could tip a bus over! I think that most of the year, Mark May and Chris Fowler have been the most level-headed of the talking heads at ESPN.
Yea, so Mark May is the ONLY one on ESPN taking up for LSU for the title game. Granny, Corso, and Kerbie are all bashing LSU.
Where was it last night? I forgot, he was all over Stoops' jock last night. That's my point with these idiots, have the balls to stick with a team. Every week it's different, hell everyday it is. Last night, granny was all over LSU. 12 hours later, he's kissing OUs @ss.
I swear... if someone isn't guzzling the kool-aid and out buying the thickest purple and gold glasses they can find, they're "idiots." :dis:
So in order to be a good analyst in yours eyes, they have to kiss LSU's @ss week in week out, right?:rolleye33:
In case you guys haven't figured it out, this is the way it works. Producers hand these guys a team and they have to argue for that team. It changes from week to week. This was May's turn to make a case for OK. Don't believe it. Just watch and enjoy. LSU has gotten more national publicity this year than (I dare say) USC did in 2003.
Hey, guys, it could be worse: we could have had Verne and Danielson revealing the BCS games. And I'll take Herbie, May, and Corso over Musberger anyday!! Now, having said that, I'm all out of paper towels to wipe off my tv screen, so I would just as soon see old Holtzie put out to pasture. (or retired to stud?)
