Some people fail in life. A lot of those people do drugs. That doesn't mean drugs were a cause. Everyone can tell the difference between different types of drugs. Caffeine is a drug. Does your Dad think everyone who drinks caffeine is a crazed lunatic? This is where ignorant people stop thinking logically. They assume that because it is illegal it must be bad. Huh?
There are lots of people in jail for pot. They lost their freedom. I know a guy who failed a drug test for pot and the DOT took away his liscense to transport radioactive materials. He lost his job and couldn't get another one. The stress caused his wife to kick him out and he is going through a devorce. I see the diffrence in pot and hard drugs. I think medical pot should be legal at the least. People like my dad see pot just as they see herion. No diffrence at all between the two to him. It is a fact that many lives have been ruined by drugs. I don't think pot is one of the drugs that cause all the problems. Some people see pot as a drug that does lead to problems. They won't change their minds. I find that the older people ,like my sixty year old dad, are the most aginst drugs. Many have seen the destruction drugs have caused and can't or won't seperate pot from harder drugs. I don't know if it's because the older you get the wiser you are or if the older you are the more rigid you become in your convictions. It is a fact that as long as pot is illegal it will destroy some lives. It's not the pot that destroys lives but the fact that it's illegal. The loss of jobs because of a failed test or the loss of your freedom if you get caught with too much or if you fail a drug test while on probation is the problem. I think the fact that it's illegal and the problems that causes is far worse than any affects that smoking pot has itself.
That would make a beautiful table piece during Christmas. Put a star on top and some blinking lights and maybe even hang a candy cane looking pipe off of it as decoration.
Isn't it true that in Islamic countries they smoke in tea shops even though they can't drink? Do they smoke hash instead? Isn't hash just pot cooked down into a smaller package?
Shane, I know you have been in Iraq. Did they have smoke shops everywhere but alcohol could land you in jail?
you see all those crystals on the pot? That is called keif, or trichomes. Basically they are resin glands. There is a process where the keif is extracted and is cooked into hash. It's basically just concentrated pot.
