What a waste of a good player, not to mention good potential good pr for the team. You get a popular local player, and then you jerk him around all season. He'll do well in Sac, and I bet he sticks it up Monte's bunghole for 25+ every time we play them.

Probably couldn't get rid of him. The fact that, in crunch time, it was usually either Green or MT on the floor at shooting guard tells you all you need to know abou Marco.

I'm going to put this in the Den for a day or so since MT is an LSU guy. Just a heads up.

Almost seems like the NBA is starting to dismantle what's decent on the team so they can move the franchise in 1-2 years. Chris Paul gone next year the hornets are done.

I didn't care for the NBA. Follow the Hornets because they are who they are. Now just another team. So much for my interest.

Chris Paul could be gone this year.

The players have more stroke than the coaches and GMs do. The league cow tows to the will of superstar players because they have the national following and bring in the TV $$$$.

Contracts don't mean anything at all...If someone like Chris Paul wants to get traded, all he has to do is whine and sulk about it. Chris Paul hasn't whined and sulked about being traded because he doesn't have to. The league manages the Hornets and they'll do what's best for the league.

He won't end up in Miami with those other self centered bunch of spoiled kid superstars, but he'll be traded to New York...or some other mega media city.

We're gonna lose CP after this year at this rate. Does the Hornet's front office even want to win? If we lose CP, then I don't think we keep the Hornets in NO.
