Every Republican voted against it. The Ds owned congress and the senate.

So Rubio is being forced to stay in the race by these anti-Trump anti-democracy people and it will be awesome when he loses by 26 points. If he's too fucking stupid to know he's throwing his political future away, good for him. Anybody that stupid and manipulative doesn't need to be representing anyone, anyway.

That why Boehner is such a bitch. He talked a big game then laid on his elbows for Obama at every turn. McConnell was no better.

Are you serious? They literally did everything possible to stop it. And, they made Obama come off single payer so they did a huge amount really. What in the world are you talking about?

I wonder if he's being asked to stay in or if it's his ego. He should tell everyone to fuck off because once he loses this, his political career may be over. if he gets out now, it can be salvaged.

Actually he is right. Cruz is the only one that stuck to his guns and said we are going to yank the funding for it, the rest of them left him standing alone in trying to do the will of the people. They had chances to undo this crap but caved.

By shutting down the government. First, it wouldn't have worked because they were in the wrong. If you shut the government down over legislation you don't like, what's the other side going to do when you get something passed that you do like? Cruz acted like a petulent child. The rest of them bluffed, then relented when they were faced with the fact that you can't just shut down the entire country because you don't like a bill. We'd never get anything done. Sometimes you don't get what you want. That's life. You make the best deal you can and you move on unless you can change the deal through the proper means. That means a republican majority in both branches and a republican president.
