Her series coming. Anyone else find her telling us about botched prosecutions a joke? I can't believe she's not embarrassed to do that after letting OJ getting away with murder.
The worst move ever in a courtroom was when they let OJ try on that bloody glove. That was utter stupidity. Don't know if he would have skated anyway, but WTF...and letting Furman testify...and Itto letting in the race card. I'm sure many things are discussed in law school on what not to do.
Unbelievable. No one, in their right mind or not, thinks anyone but OJ was the murderer. What can the series be? Keystone Cops II?
Of the 12 jurors, 9 were black and so close to Rodney King's beating... OJ was never gonna get convicted. That and the "dream Team" of lawyers OJ had were going to crush whoever they went up against. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dream_Team_(law) Robert Shapiro. Johnnie Cochran. Robert Kardashian. Barry Scheck. F. Lee Bailey. Carl Douglas. Peter Neufeld. There is more forgotten knowledge in that list than knowledge in the prosecutors.
OJ would have gotten the death penalty if Johnnie Cochran had been the prosecutor and Marcia Clark the defense lawyer.
There is a plausible argument for that. OJ's son was a drug abusing schizophrenic who was also an apprentice chef. He carried a set of sharp knives everywhere he went. He hated Nicole for breaking his father up with his mother. If OJ would have kept his mouth shut and taken the rap who for but his son?
Here's what does it for me. They found a speck of blood in the Bronco. If he had cut not one but two heads off that Bronco would look like a bloodletting mobile. He (OJ) was there, probably after the crimes had been committed possibly while/during but I don't think he did it. His son was never questioned
