I like it. A great opening round opponent. If we win, then we get to play one of college basketball's elite. Two potentially fun matchups to watch.
Could have earned a better seed by closing the season strongly. It is what it is. realistically, none of us should be looking to hang our hats on a sweet sixteen appearance. They play to win the ultimate goal, not for moral victories. Our boys will just have to beat the best teams early on. Can they do it? Odds are against our team. Never expected LSU to beat Duke a few years ago though.......
I just won $150 by predicting an 8 seed and I win the other $150 if they win in the 1st round. I am little worried about the 2nd part of my bet against Butler. Do they have a good big man?
Butler's top two scorers are 6-8 so that does not bode well for us..... It's a tough draw but we'll see what happens
