Not sure if posted yet, but saw it in an article in the advocate today. March for Miles A group of LSU fans are apparently planning a march in support of Miles today. The march will begin near the west side of Tiger Stadium at 6:30 p.m. and end at Walk-Ons restaurant at 7 p.m., where Miles’ weekly radio call-in show is held. Also of note in the article Like several other players, Dorsey said he would miss the fans in Tiger Stadium. One fan in particular, who he picks at random every time he runs onto the field. “I pick someone in the crowd and point to them and tell them, ‘Let’s make some noise,’ ” Dorsey said. http://www.2theadvocate.com/sports/lsu/featured/11679501.html?showAll=y&c=y
The fact that they will be there for the coaches show is pretty cool. Can't they just leave out the march part? It gives a bad name to people who actually march for real causes.
I think the march is a good idea. It is kind of a gimmick that will draw more people to the event than just saying "come to walk-ons for the show". They do that every week.
I literally just ordered some fried pickles after i saw "walk ons." Did anyone see their owner before the Bama game in the CBS intro. :hihi:
