I don't care for the attitude some of these kids bring to the team. You should have to show a strong work ethic and consistency on the field to keep your starting position. Physical attributes and potential alone should secure your spot on the field. The only consistency MD has shown is that he knows how to drop the ball.
Miles is no Spurrier. The Old Ball Coach would yank you ass in a heartbeat if you didn't preform, especially QB's.
It's funny when Les was asked about Etling after the loss to Wisconsin he basically gave the general response that everyone is being evaluated and no one's job is guaranteed. But there is no way in hell he yanks Dupre. Personally I think he should be benched for a game to send a message. There is no fight in Dupre. He is as soft as as a newborn baby laying on a down comforter in the clouds.
Listen, think of all the high balls that Harris threw. Harris got Dural injured last year going high for a ball. The facts are in the tape. Throw in our great coach Miles that does not get these recievers in the game. What would Fournette be if he only touched the ball 5 to 8 times per game? Well that is what has happened to Malachi. Sure he dropped some lately but I chalk that up to Harris and Miles, Harris not accurate and Miles I formation, single reciever 2 tight end set.....Predictable...No Balance. This kid Etling delivers a catchable ball and recievers are not stretched our getting ready to be BLOWN up. Malachi will step it up as long as Harris is on the bench.
Spurrier did things at South Carolina that Miles would never. Three 11 win seasons in a row, for one. Miles would NOT be able to do that if he were the coach there.
