You most certainly CAN blame him for dropping balls that are in his freakin' hands--which is what he was dropping last night (and even a few last week.). That's unacceptable.
I have heard LSU assistant coaching staff had issues with Dupre's work ethnic. Kind of whiny type of attitude. I believe it shows in the soft way he plays. I think he is a liability, and would love to see him benched for now until he fights his way back into the line-up.
I see the same attitude in #6 when things don't go his way. He sat on the bench last night with that bottom lip sticking out for 3 qtrs.
I didn't really see that from him. He high fived Etling after a couple of TDs. I think he was just disappointed in the way he played.
You're right. In fact it was commented on that he kept his head in the game and talked to Etling in between possessions.
Honestly I'm surprised Les went to Etling and I'd be even more surprised if he benched Dupre like he should. You'll see the same dog and pony show next weekend when both Harris and Dupre are in the starting lineup.
