Just wanted to say thanks for suggesting the Oregon gamble on Ticketreserve. Sure, with Oregon losing last night, it turned out to be ineffective. However, I still think it was a very smart gamble. It was the best way (and certainly most affordable), imo, to get to see the Tigers play for a national championship without paying upwards of $450-600 per ticket! Unfortunately, Oregon lost its star player... who was the frontrunner for the Hesiman Trophy before going down to a knee injury. We all knew Oregon's defense couldn't reliably stop anyone. But with Dixon in the game, it didn't matter. With him in the game, Oregon's offense was a threat to score on any play. So... oh well. It was fun for a week or so. Again, no hard feelings for an idea that lost. Rather, thanks again for a great suggestion. I guess now us Oregon 'shareholders' have to just be happy that the Tigers are more likely to be in the big game. That being said, who cares about the Ducks anyway! :geaux: all the way to a :crystal: !
I am still in it I bought 10 shares of Kansas when it was 15!!!! I don't think Kansas will make the BCSNCG but I am hoping they will smoke Iowa State So I can dump them right before the MIzzU Game at a good Price!!!!:hihi:
