Deion missed almost the whole year with turf toe. so he has no room to talk.

I don't remember his "turf toe" requiring surgery.

Edit: A sprained MCL is the same injury that ended Reggie's season.

My take is that Rivers played on a knee that now requires surgery on his ACL (ACL more severe of an injury than MCL if I'm not mistaken), whereas LT has a strained MCL, not a torn MCL. To each his own, but I think you got to go out there and take one for the team. You're not promised another trip to the AFC CG. Get it while it's hot.

    and I'll say it again:

Who would be more at risk and who would feel the pain more? a QB who is going back and forth in a straight line over and over again or a RB who will be running in zig-zags all over the field?

Adrian Peterson missed 3 games with that injury, Bush 4-5 games.

I refuse to think that every RB in the NFL with that injury is a pansy.

not to mention this is coming from the guy who avoided contact like it was magic johnson chasing him without a condom.

rivers actually had surgery the week before the game. props to that bitter bastard but his tirades with fans and other players have proven to be too much for me.

I have no dog in this hunt, but isn't the question: "Why wouldn't Lt play if he could have ? " Its not like he's shown a lack of physical toughness over the years. I'll take him at his word that he couldn't do it. Deon does have a point in that LT could have shown more support other than sit on the sidelines with his helmet on.

AP wasn't in a conference championship game either. You can say it all you want, but dude could of and should of been in the game when his team was in the red zone; even if he was nothing more than a decoy.

Then he should have never stated he was 90 percent leading up to gametime.

He set himself up for all this ridicule.

id be willing to bet that percentage given out by lt was for the patriots, not for the fans.
