I think if you actually read the thread that you wouldn't have labeled as you did. Heck, you could have even looked at the second post and seen that we have been having a pretty level headed discussion.

Sounds like you enjoy making false predictions yourself. Besides, the real stats don't lie... we've progressively gotten worse on offense from '08 to present, with no light at the end of the tunnel, I think it's fairly obvious we're in for more of the same down the road with no change on the horizon.

You maybe correct. To win the SEC, we need a QB and it isn't JJ and I don't think it is Lee; however, I might be wrong concerning him.

Yep. Miles essentially shot any chance of beating Auburn by starting JJ againt McNeese. Lee absolutely had to have those reps.

This whole "we'll dial him up when we need to score" bullsh!t attitude of Miles' blew up in his face. Every other person on the planet could see it coming. Why the hell couldn't he?

Dude, Lee threw 16 attempts in that game, Jefferson 6. Lee got plenty of reps. He didn't do any better with his than the other guy. Same story against Auburn. Both QBs got 14 attempts, one guy had 8 completions, the other 7. Neither topped 50 yards.

Neither QB is good right now, it's time we all face it.

IMO it will be better only because it can't get much worse. Hopefully someone has figured out how to spot HS QB talent.:geaux:

:geaux: I'm agreeing with the consensus here that OC Crowton needs to go at seasons end. LSU needs a change / spark on offense because Crowton's just not the answer anymore. There's just way too much offensive talent on this team to be ranked 113 or so out of 120 D1 teams. That's just absolutely ridiculous and everyone, including the team, knows that. :rolleye33: IMO, if Crowton's not gone at seasons end recruiting will start to suffer as a result.

I'm thinking that CLM will give Crowton the opportunity to "find another job" like he did with Maleveto after '08. If that's the case, I'm OK with that. Just so Crowton is gone after this season. Then CLM needs to make a Chavis-type hire at OC, and I think he will.

My only other hope is that the door knob hits Studrawa in the azz sometime around the same time it hits Crowton! No way Chris Faulk and others shouldn't be getting some PT. What happened to Williford? Also, the starting five play just about every snap, every game. How do you develop talent & depth like that? At this rate the starters will be completely worn down before the regular season's over. That's just great, especially when we've just started the toughest part of the season.

Look what The Chief does with the DL. He substitutes freely and a lot of guys get PT & experience. He's developing talent / depth & keeping fresh legs on the field. Studrawa doesn't do that and never has at LSU. Overall the OL has underperformed during his tenure here, which is an understatement to say the least. "Coach Stud" needs to find "another opportunity" somewhere else. The sooner the better. :LSU231:

I pretty much feel he should go at the end of this season because, winning a National Championship in 07 bought him a little leeway. Now 2 years in a row we have an offense that is ranked in the 100's. For an offensive guru that is not acceptable. The Crow Must Geaux.

I'm really starting to believe that the majority of our offensive problems are the result of Crowton.

The Oline belongs to Stud, and he hasn't done a great job there.

I'm really starting to think that Crowton is making Miles and the whole team look pretty bad... on that side of the ball.
