That's not a play that's the yardage for all our different running plays. the one in question was Les tossing off to the left.

Is this for real?? There's this guy that plays about 80 miles down south who's thrown for a bunch of yards to the slowest eligible receiver. Seems to work for him.

Are you so determined to defend Les that you'd really say something this idiotic??

But you do get the extreme irony and humor in the fact that we ran for exactly 3 yards?

TE is not a position that is heavily drafted in the first round anyway.

The real point is Miles can't fashion a coherent passing offense, which for pretty much every team I see LSU play involves some use of the TE. TEs usually present mismatches because LBs aren't fast enough and secondary isn't big enough to cover them.

But you are so determined to defend Miles, you just dismiss it as a valid strategy...even though many other teams do it.

BTW, Wisconsin's slowest eligible player looked pretty good today against us...

Well our linebackers must be horrible because we didn't have a prayer of covering #81 today. Also those NFL linebackers must be terrible because Gronk kills them.

And nobody is saying that non use of the TE is the sole reason. You are setting up a straw man. It is simply another illustration that Miles has no idea what an actual passing offense looks like. Doesn't even look like they practice it.

Unless you think the jump ball offense is a real passing game...
